In fact it wasn't all that people friendly. The young and the old were having trouble getting up and down the cattle ramps at either end and that was without a bike to push. One week later the ramp at the western end was under water and it was only the very brave cyclists who were prepared to risk wading the flood waters and getting a wet bottom bracket. What a cockup.
